Your Community Fee includes one standard parking space per apartment on a first come first served basis. Assigned tandem spaces may be available, only for two bedroom homes with two (2) or more lease holders. Reserved tandem parking spaces or Electric (EV) charging stations may be available for an additional charge to your community fee. Due to the availability of parking at our community, additional parking spaces are not available. If you do not have a vehicle, please inform our office as this will reduce your Community Fee. Parking for guests is available outside of the garage. You must abide by all posted signage for parking in the area. Towing is strictly enforced.
